Walled Garden

This walled garden is divided into three distinct areas. The central axis features a rill constructed from a precisely cut and welded steel joist. It is flanked by two herbaceous borders, where large beech columns provide height and structure.

To the left is a meandering lawn with a seating area overlooking the garden. To the right is a small kitchen garden with a glasshouse and sundial lawn. Local ironstone forms a series of low retaining walls, while two flights of Yorkstone steps lead visitors to a bench with views across the garden.
